How to Configure Erosion Time and Clay Output

Change How Long Erosion Takes

Open the mod's config file and look for durationInSecondsStoneErodes. The default is 150 seconds. Lower it for faster farms, raise it if you want a slower, more controlled trickle. Save the file and reload the world (or restart the game) for the change to apply.

Choose Clay Block vs Clay Ball

By default the mod may output clay balls. If you'd rather get full clay blocks, set erodeIntoClayBlockInsteadOfClayBall to true. This is handy when you're building with clay and don't want to craft balls into blocks manually.

Toggle Ice Protection

preventErosionIfAboveIceBlock controls whether ice floors block erosion. Turn it off if you want everything to erode regardless of what's underneath — useful for pure conversion farms where you don't care about transport.

Customize Block Mappings

Beyond the built-in categories, the config lets you define which specific blocks erode into which materials. Add entries for any stone-type block you want to redirect — for example, sending a modded stone variant into sand instead of clay.

After Editing

Always back up your config before large changes, and test with a single block in a short stream to confirm the new behavior before scaling up.
