Disable Automatic Mode Switching

Turn Off Auto-Switch

If you prefer to manually control when you enter combat mode, you can disable the automatic switching feature entirely.

1. Open your mod configuration folder (usually config/epictweaks or similar)

2. Locate the configuration file for Epic Tweaks

3. Find the option labeled something like enableAutoSwitch or automaticModeSwitch

4. Set it to false

5. Save the file and restart your game

Manual Mode Control

Once disabled, you'll need to switch modes yourself using the Epic Fight mod's keybind (default is usually a specific key like G or V). This gives you full control over when you enter and exit combat stance, useful if you want to keep combat mode active while holding non-weapon items, or stay in normal mode with weapons equipped.

You can re-enable auto-switching at any time by changing the configuration back to true.
