What to Collect

Epic villages are built entirely with vanilla blocks, making them excellent sources of building materials. Common blocks include stone variants, wood types, and decorative elements like stairs, slabs, and fences.

Steps:

1. Bring a pickaxe and axe suited to the blocks you want

2. Identify which buildings have materials you need

3. Mine carefully to avoid collapsing structures you want to explore

4. Collect wood from roofs and frames first (easier to replace)

5. Mine stone from foundations and walls

Finding Loot

Villages contain loot chests scattered throughout buildings.

Steps:

1. Search inside houses, shops, and larger structures

2. Open chests carefully—some may be trapped or guarded

3. Check multiple buildings; loot varies by location

4. Note valuable items and return with storage if needed

Because villages use only vanilla blocks and entities, you can safely dismantle sections without mod conflicts. However, consider preserving the structure's appearance if you plan to settle nearby.
