Use Commands to Control Entity X-ray

Access the Command System

Type /xray in the chat to open the mod's command interface. This provides an alternative to the Right-Shift menu for adjusting settings and controlling the mod's behavior.

Common Command Options

The /xray command typically allows you to:

• Enable or disable the X-ray feature remotely
• Toggle specific entity types on or off
• Adjust detection range and rendering distance
• Save your preferred settings as defaults
• Reset configuration to factory settings

Scripting and Automation

If your server or world supports command blocks or macros, you can create automated toggles for Entity X-ray. This is useful for setting up different profiles—one for mining, one for PvP, one for exploration.

View Current Settings

Run /xray without arguments to display your current configuration, including which entity types are visible and what detection range is active.

Combine with Keybinds

While the X key toggles the feature on/off, commands give you granular control over individual settings without opening menus during intense moments.
