Remove Potion Effect Particles from First-Person View

Open Enhanced Overlay Configuration

Access the mod's settings menu from your main menu or in-game settings panel.

Find Potion Effect Settings

Look for a section labeled Potion Effects, Particle Effects, or First-Person View. This is where visibility options for status effect particles are controlled.

Disable First-Person Potion Particles

Toggle the option that hides potion effect bubbles or particles when playing in first-person view. This removes the distracting visual clutter from effects like Nausea, Blindness, or Poison without affecting third-person view or other players' visibility.

Save and Test

Apply the changes and drink a potion or apply a status effect to confirm the particles no longer appear in first-person. You'll still see the effect icon in your inventory and feel the gameplay impact—only the visual particles are hidden.

Note

This setting only affects your client-side view. Other players will still see their own potion particles normally, and you won't see theirs either if this is a multiplayer setting.
