Set Up Pack Order

The Enhanced Audio Ambience pack works best when positioned correctly in your resource pack list. Since it focuses exclusively on sound, it won't conflict with visual packs.

1. Open your resource packs folder

2. Ensure Enhanced Audio Ambience is placed at the top of your active packs list

3. Place your visual resource packs below it

Why Order Matters

Resource packs load from top to bottom, with higher packs overriding lower ones. By placing audio ambience at the top, you guarantee its sounds load without being replaced by other packs. This prevents audio conflicts and ensures all background noises play as intended.

Testing Your Setup

After arranging your packs:

• Walk across different block types (grass, stone, wood) and listen for distinct footstep sounds
• Stand near mobs and confirm you hear appropriate ambient audio
• Enter caves and biomes to verify location-specific background noise

If sounds seem muted or missing, move the audio pack higher in your list and reload your world.
