Configure EndingLibrary Settings
Where Configuration Files Live
EndingLibrary stores its settings in your Minecraft config folder. Navigate to:
`
.minecraft/config/
`
Look for files related to EndingLibrary or its dependent mods.
Common Configuration Options
1. Feature toggles — Enable or disable backported mechanics (like item components)
2. Compatibility settings — Adjust how the library interacts with other mods
3. Command permissions — Control who can use added commands
4. Logging levels — Set how much debug information is recorded
Editing Configuration
1. Close Minecraft — Always shut down the game before editing configs
2. Open the file — Use a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc.)
3. Make changes — Follow the format shown in comments
4. Save and restart — Launch Minecraft to apply changes
If you break a config file, delete it and restart—Minecraft will regenerate it with defaults. Check the mod's documentation for specific setting names and valid values for your version.
