How to Put an Ender Chest on Your Horse

Getting the Chest Ready

Craft or obtain a normal Ender Chest the same way you always would. You do not need a special variant for this mod — the mod hooks into the vanilla Ender Chest so that the horse carries your existing ender storage.

Equipping the Horse

Walk up to a tamed horse that you own. Tamed is important: an untamed horse will not accept the chest. With the Ender Chest in your hand, interact with the horse the same way you would when equipping a saddle or horse armor. If the horse already has a chest slot free, the Ender Chest snaps into place and becomes visible on the horse's side.

If nothing happens, check three things: the horse is tamed, you are its owner, and the horse does not already have a chest equipped. A horse can only carry one chest at a time, so remove any existing chest first by interacting with an empty hand or by breaking the chest off.

Confirming It Worked

Once equipped, the chest renders on the horse. Ride the horse and you are ready to open your ender storage from anywhere. If the chest does not appear, try dismounting and re-equipping, or reload the world so the model refreshes.
