Fixing a Horse Ender Chest That Won't Show or Open

Check the Obvious First

Most problems come down to a few basics:

• The horse must be tamed and owned by you.
• The horse must not already have a chest equipped.
• You must be holding the Ender Chest when you interact to equip it.

If any of these are wrong, the equip silently fails and no chest appears.

Rendering and Model Issues

If the chest is equipped but invisible, it is usually a rendering or mod-compatibility problem. The mod is designed so that chests show on modded horses too, but that depends on other mods behaving correctly. Try:

• Reloading the world so the horse model refreshes.
• Removing and re-equipping the chest.
• Checking that no other mod is overriding horse rendering or the chest slot.

When the Interface Won't Open

If the chest is visible but the interface does not appear when you try to open it, confirm you are actually seated on the horse and that no other screen is capturing your input. If problems persist, test with a fresh horse and a fresh Ender Chest to isolate whether the issue is the horse, the chest, or a mod conflict.
