Enchantment Level Language Patch Mod Guide
What This Mod Changes
Enchantment Level Language Patch Mod is a small, single-purpose mod that changes how enchantment levels appear in Minecraft's interface. Normally, when an enchantment exceeds the levels the game has built-in text for, the display falls back to a raw translation key such as "enchantment.level.20". This mod replaces that verbose, technical-looking text with a cleaner, more readable format, showing the enchantment name followed by its level, like "Sharpness 20/XX".
Why It Helps
The change is purely cosmetic, but it improves readability. Enchantment names are also corrected so they display accurately and are easier to understand at a glance. Because the mod only touches the text shown for enchantment levels, it does not alter gameplay, enchantment effects, or how enchantments are obtained. It simply makes high-level enchantments look consistent with normal ones, which is useful for players using commands, custom maps, or mods that allow enchantment levels beyond vanilla limits. No configuration is required.
