Assign Emotes to Hotkeys for Quick Access

Open the Emote Menu

Press the default emote menu key (usually bound in your controls) to open the emotion selection screen.

Select Your Emote

Browse through the available emotions or use the search box in the top-left to find the emote you want to bind. Click on it to select it.

Bind to a Key

Once selected, look for the keybind option in the emote details or menu. Assign it to an unused key on your keyboard—this becomes your quick-access hotkey for that specific emotion.

Test Your Binding

Close the menu and press your newly bound key. Your character should perform the emote immediately without opening the menu.

Bind Multiple Emotes

Repeat this process for other emotions you use frequently. Common choices include greetings (wave, hello), reactions (laugh, cry), and gestures (dance, sit). Having 3–5 hotkeys set up keeps communication fluid during gameplay without menu delays.

Your keybinds persist across sessions, so you only need to set them up once.
