Clear Fog When Swimming Under Lava

Reduce Lava Fog Thickness

Swimming under lava creates an extremely thick fog that blocks your view. This mod lets you thin it out.

1. Open Options and access Ember Visual Architect settings

2. Find the Lava Fog or Underwater Fog section

3. Adjust the fog density slider to reduce thickness, or set it to clear for maximum visibility

4. Apply changes and test by swimming under lava

5. Fine-tune until you can see clearly without the effect feeling unnatural

Practical Use

This is essential for mining or exploring lava lakes in the Nether. With fog reduced, you can see mobs, terrain, and resources much further away. You'll still see some visual effect (unless you clear it completely), but it won't blind you. Be aware that extremely low fog settings may impact your sense of depth underwater, so test different levels to find your comfort zone.
