Prevent Accidental Firework Waste When Elytra Is Unequipped

Why Fireworks Get Blocked

Elytra Assistant prevents you from using fireworks when your Elytra isn't equipped. This stops you from wasting fireworks on the ground or while wearing only a chestplate.

How the Prevention Works

1. When your Elytra is unequipped (swapped for a chestplate), fireworks cannot be used

2. If you try to use a firework rocket, nothing happens—it stays in your inventory

3. Once you equip your Elytra again, fireworks work normally

4. This applies to all firework types

Using Fireworks Safely

1. Ensure your Elytra is equipped before attempting to use fireworks

2. Check your armor slot to confirm the Elytra is active

3. Use fireworks mid-flight to boost your glide

4. Return to ground and swap back to your chestplate when done flying

Tips

  • This protection prevents resource waste during normal gameplay
  • If you need fireworks for other purposes, temporarily remove the mod or swap to Elytra first
  • Keep track of your firework count to avoid running out mid-flight
