Using the Manual Swap Key

When auto-swap isn't active or you need direct control, use the manual swap keybind to instantly toggle between your Elytra and chestplate.

How to Manually Swap

1. Press the swap keybind (default: ~ tilde key)

2. Your equipped chestplate and Elytra will instantly exchange positions

3. If you're mid-flight when you swap, you'll lose Elytra protection immediately

4. Press the keybind again to swap back

Customizing the Keybind

1. Open your mod configuration menu or keybind settings

2. Locate the Elytra Assistant keybind section

3. Rebind to your preferred key

4. Save and close

Tips

• Manual swap is useful when auto-swap fails or you want precise control
• Swapping mid-flight will cause you to fall unless you have another chestplate equipped
• Keep your Elytra in your inventory if you plan to use manual swap frequently
