Adjust a player's balance (add or remove money)
Adding money to a player
Use the add command to increase a player's balance without replacing it entirely. This is useful for rewards, bonuses, or compensation.
Steps:
1. Type: /bal <PLAYERNAME> add <AMOUNT>
2. Replace <PLAYERNAME> with their username
3. Replace <AMOUNT> with how much to add
4. Press Enter
Removing money from a player
To deduct money (for fines, taxes, or corrections), use the remove command:
1. Type: /bal <PLAYERNAME> remove <AMOUNT>
2. Replace <PLAYERNAME> with their username
3. Replace <AMOUNT> with how much to subtract
4. Press Enter
Difference from set
Unlike set, which replaces the entire balance, add and remove modify the existing amount. If a player has 100 coins and you add 50, they'll have 150. If you remove 30, they'll have 120. This is safer for making adjustments without knowing the exact current balance.
