Installation and Settings

EchoShift is a shader mod that overhauls your world's lighting and visual effects. After installing, you can adjust the shader intensity through three performance tiers: low, medium, and high. Choose based on your computer's capabilities.

Once active, you'll immediately notice softer, more realistic shadows and a clearer sky. Water appears more transparent and natural, making it ideal for building near oceans. In caves, diamond, gold, and iron ore blocks now reflect light noticeably, helping you spot valuable resources in darkness.

The mod also adds subtle environmental details: tree leaves and tall grass sway gently in the wind, and the End dimension transforms from a void into a starry sky. These effects combine to give your world a cinematic appearance without requiring manual configuration of individual features.
