Whitelist a player using their username

Enable whitelist first

Before you can whitelist players, you must enable the whitelist feature on your server. Open server.properties and set white-list=true, then restart your server.

Add a player to the whitelist

Use the Easy Whitelist command to add a player by their username instead of UUID:

`

/easywhitelist add <username>

`

Replace <username> with the exact Minecraft username of the player you want to allow. The command is case-insensitive, so Steve, steve, and STEVE all work the same way.

Verify the player is whitelisted

To confirm the player was added successfully, run:

`

/easywhitelist list

`

This displays all whitelisted players. The player should appear in the list. Once whitelisted, only they (and other whitelisted players) can join your server. Players not on the whitelist will be kicked with a "You are not whitelisted" message when attempting to connect.
