Finding and Exploring Japanese Residences

Locating Homes

Eastern Hearth Colony Mod generates large traditional Japanese style residences in plains and cherry grove biomes. These buildings feature distinctive architectural elements like wooden pillars, stone chimneys, and teal or dark green roofs, making them relatively easy to spot across the landscape.

What to Expect Inside

Each residence is populated with villagers who trade with players. The interiors contain multiple themed rooms including kitchens with wooden cabinets and stone stoves, living quarters, and other functional spaces. Outdoor work areas like blacksmith forges are also part of the structures.

Gathering Loot

Explore loot chests throughout the buildings to find weapons, crafting materials, and fireworks. These residences blend naturally with cherry blossom trees and grassy landscapes, so take time to thoroughly search each area.
