How to Stop Phantoms From Spawning for Players Who Skip Sleeping

Why Phantoms Appear

In vanilla Minecraft, phantoms spawn for players who haven't slept for several in-game days. On a server using this mod, many players never sleep because only a fraction of the population needs to be in bed to skip the night. That means most players accumulate insomnia and get attacked by phantoms even though the night was successfully skipped.

Enabling Phantom Prevention

The mod includes a phantom prevention option specifically for this situation. Open the config file and find the phantom-related setting. Enable it so that players who don't personally sleep are still protected from phantom spawning, as long as enough other players are sleeping to skip the night. This keeps the server peaceful without forcing everyone into a bed.

Verifying It Works

After enabling the option, restart or reload so it applies. Spend a few in-game days without sleeping while other players trigger the night skip. If phantoms still appear, confirm the setting saved correctly and that the players in question are actually online during the skip. Note that if nobody sleeps at all on a given night, the protection may not apply, since the night wasn't skipped.
