Display Correct Icons for Pokémon Forms and Regional Variants

Understand Form Support

The E19 resource pack includes form variation icons for Pokémon with multiple appearances—regional variants, seasonal forms, gender differences, and more. Each form displays its own unique face on the minimap instead of a generic icon.

Verify Addon Compatibility

If you're using addons like Vivillon Pride Patterns or Alatia's Fakemon, ensure they're installed alongside the main resource pack. These addons extend form support to their custom or modified Pokémon. Check that both the base pack and any addons are active in your resource pack list.

Check Your Minimap

Explore different biomes and environments. You should see region-specific variants display correctly—for example, Alolan forms in tropical areas or Galarian forms in colder regions. Each variant's icon matches its actual appearance.

Cosmetic Items and Hats

The pack also displays Pokémon wearing cosmetic items and hats on the minimap. If a wild Pokémon has equipped a hat or accessory, its minimap icon reflects this detail, helping you identify special or customized creatures before encounter.
