Optimize Speed Lines with Shader Packs

Understand Rendering Priority

Dynamic Elytra draws speed lines on top of your finished frame, which means they remain fully visible even when using advanced shader packs. This is different from some mods that render effects underneath shaders.

Test Compatibility

Enable your shader pack and take flight or sprint to see how speed lines interact with the shader's visual effects. The lines should appear crisp and clear regardless of your shader's post-processing.

Adjust Strength if Needed

If speed lines feel too intense or wash out with certain shaders, lower the strength sliders in the mod configuration. Conversely, if they're barely visible, increase the values. Different shaders have different brightness levels, so customization may be necessary.

Fine-Tune Color Selection

Some shader packs alter color perception. If your chosen speed line color doesn't stand out as expected, try a different color option from the five available choices. The contrast between your speed lines and the shader's visual effects determines visibility.
