Customize Your Wing Trail Appearance

Access the Configuration Menu

Open your mod settings from the main menu or pause screen to locate the Dynamic Elytra configuration panel. This is where all visual customization happens.

Adjust Wing Trail Settings

Find the wing trail options and toggle them on or off as desired. You can control whether trails appear on your own elytra, other players' wings, and mobs with wings. The trail thickness and brightness will automatically respond to your flight movements—sharper turns create denser, brighter streams.

Fine-Tune Trail Behavior

Look for speed threshold settings that determine when trails become visible. Trails fade away naturally at lower speeds, so adjust this value if you want them to appear more or less frequently during casual gliding. Some configurations let you control trail fade distance, making them linger longer or disappear quickly behind you.

Test Your Changes

Take flight with your elytra to see how your adjustments look in real-time. The changes apply immediately without requiring a restart. Experiment with different settings until the visual feedback feels right for your playstyle.
