Change Icons When Switching Between Multiple Servers

How Icon Switching Works

The mod automatically detects when you join a different server and updates your application icon accordingly. Each server can have its own unique icon, making it easy to visually identify which session you're currently in at a glance.

Setting Up Server-Specific Icons

For each server you play on, prepare a distinct icon file and name it after the server address or a memorable identifier. Store all server icons in the mod's configuration folder alongside any world icons you've created.

Seamless Transitions

When you disconnect from one server and join another, the icon change happens automatically—no restart required. This is especially useful if you switch between multiple communities, factions, or game modes throughout a session.

Troubleshooting Icon Recognition

If the icon doesn't update when joining a server, ensure the filename matches how the server appears in your server list or connection address. Some servers may display differently internally than they appear in the GUI, so test with simple, consistent naming conventions first.
