Viewing 3D Tools and Weapons in Your Inventory
How Items Appear
When you have the DTW 3D Tools and Weapons Resource Pack installed, all standard tools and weapons display with added depth and thickness. Unlike the flat default textures, these items now have blocky three-dimensional models that make them appear solid and substantial.
Seeing Items in Hand
The most noticeable change happens when you hold a tool or weapon. Pick up any standard pickaxe, axe, sword, shovel, hoe, or fishing rod and equip it in your main hand. The item will render with visible thickness and depth, giving it a chunky, blocky appearance that matches Minecraft's pixel art style.
Seeing Items on the Ground
When you drop tools or weapons on the ground, they also display with 3D models instead of flat sprites. This applies to all dropped items—whether from your inventory or from mining and defeating mobs.
Checking Enchanted Gear
Enchanted tools and weapons also benefit from the 3D treatment. The glint effect still appears, but now overlays the thicker, more dimensional model. This makes enchanted gear particularly striking when held or displayed on armor stands.
