Make Dropped Items Stop Bobbing

Access the Configuration Menu

Open Mod Menu while in-game and locate Dropped Item Tweaks Mod in the mod list. Click on it to open the configuration screen.

Enable Static Dropped Items

Find the Static Dropped Items option and toggle it on. This removes the vertical bobbing animation that normally makes dropped items float up and down.

Apply and Test

Save your changes and return to your world. Drop any item on the ground—it will now remain at a fixed height and only rotate in place rather than bobbing. This is useful if you find the default animation distracting or want a cleaner visual appearance.

Note

Static items will still rotate smoothly; only the up-and-down movement is removed. The setting applies globally to all dropped items in your world.
