Troubleshoot Shield Not Appearing Smaller

Common Issues

Shield looks the same as vanilla: The resource pack may not be active. Return to Settings → Resource Packs and confirm Drodi's Shield Resource Pack is in the Selected list, not Available.

Changes don't appear after moving it: Resource packs sometimes need a world reload. Close to the main menu and reopen your world.

Verify Installation

1. Check your resourcepacks folder for the pack file (should be a .zip or folder)

2. Make sure the filename is correct and not corrupted

3. Try removing other resource packs temporarily—conflicts can prevent loading

4. Look for error messages in your game log

Reset and Retry

If problems persist:

1. Remove the pack from Selected packs

2. Close your world

3. Delete the pack from your resourcepacks folder

4. Reinstall it fresh

5. Reactivate it and reload your world

The shield should now display with the smaller, cleaner model when you block.
