Sync Video Playback Across Your Server

Understanding Server Synchronization

Dream Displays automatically syncs playback across all players viewing the same screen. Everyone watches the exact same frame at the same time—no desync issues.

Setting Up a Shared Viewing Space

Place your Display Block in a central location where multiple players can gather, such as a communal hall or theater area. All players within range will connect to the same playback session.

Managing Playback Controls

Only the player who placed the Display Block (or has permission) can control playback—pause, resume, skip, or change videos. Other players see the video in real-time as it plays.

Tips for Group Viewing

  • Build seating or standing areas facing the screen
  • Use multiple screens for different content in different rooms
  • Adjust brightness and volume before your group arrives to avoid mid-show changes
  • Test your internet connection beforehand to prevent buffering during group sessions
