Set Up Your First Cobblestone Generator
Gather Your Starting Materials
Open your starter chest and retrieve the lava bucket and ice block. These are the core components of a basic cobblestone generator. You'll also need a water bucket—craft one using your starter materials or find water nearby if available on your island.
Build the Generator
1. Choose a safe location away from your main base, ideally at the edge of your island where falling blocks won't be a problem.
2. Create a small enclosed chamber or trench to contain the generator.
3. Place your lava bucket on one side and water bucket on the opposite side, allowing them to flow toward each other.
4. Where the two liquids meet, cobblestone will form.
5. Break the cobblestone as it generates and collect it in your inventory.
Optimize for Efficiency
Once you have a working generator, expand it by creating multiple flow channels. This lets you harvest cobblestone faster as you scale up your base. Position yourself safely so you don't accidentally fall into the void while mining. Consider building a small roof over the generator to protect it from rain and to make harvesting easier.
