Efficiently Farm Shulker Shells in the End

Preparation

Before heading to the End, gather diamond or netherite tools—a sword for combat and a pickaxe for breaking end stone if needed. Bring healing items like food or potions, since shulkers deal damage and can be dangerous in groups.

Farming Strategy

Locate shulker colonies on the outer islands of the End. With this mod active, each shulker you kill now drops two shells instead of one, meaning you only need to defeat one shulker per shulker box instead of two.

Approach shulkers carefully—they fire projectiles that can knock you around. Use a shield or strafe to avoid damage. Once defeated, collect both shells that drop.

Maximizing Your Run

Farm multiple shulkers in one trip to gather shells efficiently. Since you now get double drops, a single End expedition yields significantly more shells than before. Store your shells safely and return to the Overworld when your inventory is full.

With two shells per kill, you can craft shulker boxes much faster, making subsequent trips to the End easier since you can carry more items per inventory slot.
