Set Up a Double Door Entrance

Placement Requirements

Double doors work best when you follow these rules:

• Place two doors of the exact same type next to each other (both oak, both iron, etc.)
• Make sure both doors face the same direction
• The hinges must be on opposite sides of each door — one hinge left, one hinge right
• The doors must be directly adjacent with no blocks between them

Testing Your Setup

Once placed, right-click either door. If both doors swing open at the same time, your double door is working correctly. If only one opens, check that:

• Both doors are the same material
• The hinges are mirrored (not both on the same side)
• They're touching with no gaps
• Your double door feature is enabled (use /doubledoors toggle if needed)

You can now walk through your entrance by clicking just one door instead of both.
