How to Use the Double Doors Mod

Opening Connected Doors Together

This mod lets identical wooden double doors open at the same time. Click on either door, and the connected one opens too. The same applies to matching trapdoors and fence gates.

You can also trigger connected doors with a single pressure plate or button instead of clicking each one individually.

The mod automatically finds connected door-type blocks within a limited range, so doors placed near each other are recognized as a pair. This range can be adjusted in the settings.

If you want to open only one door, crouch while clicking. While crouching, the double door feature is disabled and only the single block you interact with will open or close.

Different door types can be toggled on or off in the configuration, letting you choose whether double doors, trapdoors, or fence gates respond together.
