Block Specific Animals from Wearing Collars

Enable Blacklist Mode

Open your configuration file and set black_list_mode to true. This tells the mod to *block* only the animals you list, while allowing all others to wear collars.

Add Animals to Block

Find the entity_types section and list the exact names of animals you want to prevent from wearing collars:

`

minecraft:chicken

minecraft:pig

minecraft:cow

`

Use the full minecraft: prefix for each animal name.

Verify the Blocks

Save and reload your world or server. Try placing a Collar on a blocked animal—it should fail. Try one that isn't blocked—it should succeed. If blocked animals still accept collars, confirm black_list_mode is set to true.

Manage Your Blacklist

Add or remove animal names whenever you want to change restrictions. This mode is useful when you want most animals available but need to exclude just a few overpowered or unbalanced options.
