Exploring the Overhauled Ancient City

The DnT Ancient City Overhaul Mod rebuilds the Ancient City into a larger, more detailed structure. Expect thinner, taller walls and narrow roads lined with small houses, street lanterns, and signal towers. The city is divided into reduced sections, with additional chambers and Illager camps scattered throughout.

In the center, three chests sit inside a statue. The updated loot table includes iron and gold ingots and nuggets, with a rare chance at diamonds. You can find all iron and diamond tools and armor, though hoes and pants are the most common drops.

Vaults with keys, loot pots, and suspicious gravel for archaeology add more to discover. Three tower types stand in the city. A portal to the End exists here, but it only activates after you have visited the End first.
