Set Up Optional Mods in the DLC Manager Menu

Prepare Your Mod Files

Place the optional mods you want to manage into a dedicated folder within your modpack directory. The DLC Manager will scan this location and display all compatible files in its menu.

Access the DLC Manager

Open the DLC Manager menu from your in-game screen (usually accessible via a keybind or settings menu). You'll see a list of all detected optional content organized by type.

Enable or Disable Mods

Click on any mod in the list to toggle it on or off. The menu will display the current status of each file. When you disable a mod, it becomes inactive without requiring you to delete the file.

Handle Restart Notifications

The mod automatically detects whether you need a full game restart or just a resource reload. If a notification appears, follow the prompt—some changes take effect immediately, while others require restarting Minecraft.

Verify Changes

After restarting or reloading, return to the DLC Manager menu to confirm your selections were saved. Your mod configuration persists until you make another change.
