Change the DLC Manager Scan Folder Location

Access the Settings

Open the DLC Manager settings from the in-game menu. Look for a configuration or preferences option that lets you modify where the mod searches for optional content.

Edit the File Path

In the settings, you'll find a field showing the current folder path where the mod looks for mods, resource packs, and data packs. Update this path to point to a different directory if needed.

Organize Your Modpack Layout

Changing the scan location is useful if you want to keep optional content separate from your main modpack folder, or if you're managing multiple modpacks with shared resources.

Save and Reload

After updating the path, save your settings. The mod may prompt you to reload or restart. Once complete, the DLC Manager will scan the new location and display all compatible files found there.

Verify the Change

Reopen the DLC Manager menu to confirm it's now reading from the new folder. All previously configured items should appear in the updated location.
