Leveling Your First Artifact

Divine relics grow stronger through active use. Each artifact levels when you perform its intended purpose—combat relics gain ranks from fighting, gathering tools from mining, utility items from their special powers. As your relic levels up, it unlocks rank modifiers that fundamentally change how its abilities work, making it progressively more powerful.

You can track your relic's current rank and available upgrades through the specialized relic interface. Start by equipping a relic that matches your playstyle, then use it consistently during exploration and combat. The more you engage with an artifact's core mechanics, the faster it progresses. Once you've gathered enough experience with relics, you can craft high-tier gear using Aurytekh, the divine metal introduced by this mod, to further enhance your power.
