Make a Beacon Beam Visible Through Colored Glass Only

This mod makes clear glass and glass panes block beacon beams, but transparent colored blocks (like stained glass) allow beams to pass through and remain visible.

Building a Colored-Glass-Only Beam

Construct your beacon and direct the beam upward or in your desired direction. Instead of using clear glass, build your structure entirely from colored transparent blocks—stained glass in any color.

The beacon beam will render through these colored blocks without interruption.

Blocking Unwanted Sections

If you need to hide part of the beam, use clear glass or glass panes in those specific areas. The beam will become invisible only through the clear glass.

Combining Materials

You can mix colored glass types:

• Use one color for one section
• Switch to another stained glass color for the next section
• The beam remains visible through all of them
