Without this mod, your server's log files grow rapidly due to repeated disconnect packet errors. Large log files consume disk space and make troubleshooting other issues difficult.

Managing Logs with the Mod Active

Once Disconnect Packet Fix Mod is installed, your log files will remain significantly smaller because error stack traces are no longer generated for normal disconnect events.

Best practices:

1. Keep the mod installed to prevent future log bloat

2. Periodically review your logs folder to ensure it's not consuming excessive disk space

3. Archive or delete old log files as needed

4. Monitor log file growth rate—it should be much slower than before

Troubleshooting Other Issues
