Understand Combat Penalties

Some conditions directly impair combat effectiveness—reduced accuracy, slower attack speed, or impaired vision make direct engagement risky. Check which combat-related conditions you currently have active.

Avoid Direct Confrontation

When disabled, retreat to prepared defensive positions rather than engaging enemies in open terrain. Use narrow corridors, doorways, or elevated platforms where enemy mobility is limited and you control the engagement space.

Maintain supplies of healing potions, food, and beneficial items before conditions accumulate. Having these resources pre-positioned means you can recover from damage without relying on reflexes or vision during critical moments.
