Recognizing Status Effects on Your HUD

The Dimensional Vitals Case Resource Pack gives each status effect a unique visual appearance on your heart meter, making it easier to identify your current condition at a glance.

Poison and Wither Hearts

When affected by poison, your hearts will display in a distinct color and style that differs from normal damage. Similarly, wither effects show custom heart variants so you can immediately tell you're taking damage over time from a curse rather than direct hits.

Freezing and Absorption

If you're in a cold biome or caught by a freezing effect, your hearts transform to show the freezing state visually. Absorption hearts (granted by certain potions or effects) also receive custom styling to distinguish temporary extra health from your normal health pool.

Quick Identification

Instead of hovering over effects or memorizing potion colors, you can now read your status directly from the heart icons themselves. This is especially useful during combat or when exploring dangerous environments where you need immediate feedback on your condition.
