Configuring Difficulty Lock Mod

Locking World Difficulty

Difficulty Lock Mod controls how difficulty is set when a world is created. All options live in the mod's configuration file.

Difficulty selection: The forcePeaceful, forceEasy, forceNormal, and forceHard options each set a default difficulty. They are prioritized, so when more than one is enabled, the mod picks according to that priority rather than letting the player choose.

Locking it in: Enable shouldLockDifficulty to stop players from changing the difficulty after world creation. This is what keeps a world's challenge consistent.

Hardcore: forceHardcoreMode enables Hardcore regardless of the other difficulty settings, so it overrides them.

World setup restrictions: disableCreativeModeSelection removes Creative mode from the world creation screen. forceCheatsDisabled prevents cheats from being enabled during setup.

Set the options you want before creating a world; they apply to new worlds.
