Balance Health Values for Mobs and Players
Open Health Settings
Access the Difficulty Enhancement Mod menu and navigate to the Health section using the three-button navigation system.
Adjust Health Multipliers
The Health section controls how much health all living entities have:
- Increase the multiplier to make mobs and players tankier (survive longer)
- Decrease the multiplier to make combat faster and more lethal
- Changes affect both hostile mobs and your own health pool
Apply Changes
Confirm your new health value. The mod recalculates entity health pools immediately. Existing mobs in your world may need to despawn and respawn to reflect the new values, or you can travel to unloaded chunks to force new mob spawns.
Fine-Tune for Your Playstyle
If you want longer, more strategic fights, increase health. If you prefer quick, decisive combat, lower it. You can adjust this independently from damage multipliers to create unique difficulty curves—for example, high health but low damage for a tanky, defensive experience.
