How to Place Glass Panes and Iron Bars Diagonally

Diagonal Windows Mod lets you place glass panes and iron bars in a diagonal orientation inside a block, instead of only the usual straight connections. This removes the awkward corner builds you normally need when two panes meet at an angle.

To use it, simply place a pane or iron bar the way you normally would, then position it so it sits diagonally within its block. Any pane color works, and iron bars behave the same way as glass panes. The diagonal placement is what makes corners connect cleanly rather than leaving gaps or forcing extra blocks.

If a block type is being affected that you don't want to change, the mod provides a block tag you can use to exclude it. Adding a block to that tag stops the diagonal behavior from applying to it, so you keep full control over which blocks are affected.
