Cooking Bone Broth and Building Soups From It

Bone Broth Is Your Base

Bone Broth Bucket is one of the most important items in Delightful Creators because it acts as a stock that other soups and stews are built on. If you are planning a kitchen, start here.

Step by Step

1. Collect bones from your normal mob farming. Bones are the core input.

2. Process the bones into broth using the mod's cooking method, producing a Bone Broth Bucket.

3. Use that broth as an ingredient in the soups and stews that call for it — Chicken Soup, Beef Stew, Fish Stew and similar dishes all sit in this family.

4. Finish each soup by combining the broth with its specific solid ingredients and any Incomplete-stage item the recipe requires.

Scaling Up

  • Broth is cheap per unit but slow if you make one at a time. Set up a dedicated bone supply — a skeleton farm or a mob grinder — before you commit to a soup-based food economy.
  • Because broth buckets do not stack, convert them into finished soups as soon as you can rather than stockpiling raw broth.
  • Soups generally restore more hunger than the broth alone, so always push broth forward into a finished dish when you have the other ingredients on hand.
