Mining Strategy

1. Use any Stone-tier tool or better — your Diamond, Iron, or Stone pickaxe will mine Deepslate at Stone speed

2. Mine in straight lines — since breaking speed is now consistent, you can maintain rhythm while tunneling through Deepslate layers

3. Combine with strip mining — the speed boost makes branch mining through Deepslate practical for finding ores and caves

What Changes

You'll notice:

• No pause or hesitation when your pickaxe hits Deepslate
• Exploration below Y-level 0 feels as fluid as surface mining
• Mining time for Deepslate blocks matches Stone exactly
