Maximize Ore Yields with Fortune and Deepslate

Stack Enchantments for Best Results

The Deepslate Dubble Mod doubles ore drops from deepslate blocks, and this effect stacks multiplicatively with Fortune enchantments. To maximize your yields:

1. Enchant your pickaxe with Fortune III (the highest level)

2. Mine deepslate ores instead of stone ores whenever possible

3. Combine both effects — you'll receive the doubled deepslate drop, then Fortune will multiply that amount further

Prioritize Deep Mining

Since deepslate generates only in the deepest parts of the overworld, plan your mining expeditions accordingly:

• Dig down to Y-level 0 or below to find deepslate ore deposits
• Bring adequate supplies, as you'll be far from the surface
• Use the doubled drops to justify the longer journey and increased danger
• Consider setting up a base or waypoint near productive deepslate veins

This strategy transforms deep mining from a risky venture into a highly rewarding activity. The combination of doubled drops plus Fortune enchantments means each deepslate ore block yields significantly more resources than surface mining ever could.
