Get Smithing Templates for Dark Blades Armor Trimming

Where to Find Templates

Smithing templates are found throughout the Minecraft world in specific structures. Different templates create different trim patterns. Check ocean ruins, desert temples, jungle temples, strongholds, villages, and nether fortresses for various template types.

Using Templates Efficiently

Templates are not consumed when used in a Smithing Table—you can reuse the same template multiple times. This means you only need one copy of each pattern you want.

Organizing Your Collection

Create a storage system for your templates so you can quickly find the pattern you want when trimming. Label chests or use an organized inventory system.

Crafting Templates

Some templates can be crafted using materials like diamonds, emeralds, or other resources combined with smithing template blanks. Check your crafting recipes for available options.

Tip

If you're having trouble finding a specific template, consider exploring multiple structure types or trading with villagers who may offer templates as part of their trades.
