Look for gaps between tree trunks at ground level—these often lead through the forest more easily than climbing over logs. Mark your path with torches or blocks to avoid getting lost in the thick greenery. The rolling hills create natural valleys where trees thin slightly; following water downhill often leads to easier terrain.

Resource Gathering

The dense canopy means abundant wood, but also harder visibility. Bring a torch or use night vision to see clearly. Spruce patches are common, so you'll find both oak and spruce wood easily. The granite rock formations appear as occasional large clusters—listen for stone and look for gray patches breaking through the green vegetation.
