Adjusting Damage Tint Color and Intensity

Access the Configuration Menu

Damage Tint Mod stores its settings in the mod's configuration file. Open your mod folder and locate the Damage Tint Mod config directory. You can edit these settings directly or use an in-game config menu if available through your mod loader.

Customize Tint Appearance

Within the configuration, you'll find options to adjust:

  • Tint Color: Change the hue that appears when entities take damage. Common options include red, white, or custom RGB values.
  • Intensity/Opacity: Control how visible the damage tint is. Higher values make the effect more prominent; lower values create a subtle flash.
  • Duration: Adjust how long the tint remains visible after damage is dealt.

Apply and Test

Save your configuration changes and reload your world or restart the game depending on your mod loader. Test the new settings by dealing damage to a mob or entity to confirm the visual feedback matches your preference.

If you're using a mod manager, check its config GUI options first—many provide an easier interface than manual file editing.
