Understanding Tower Placement

Dalia Map's tall watchtowers are strategically positioned along the wooden walls and at key points around the circular settlement. These structures provide elevated vantage points for spotting approaching mobs before they reach the town proper.

Using Towers Effectively

Steps:

1. Climb the nearest watchtower during dusk to monitor mob spawning in surrounding terrain

2. Position yourself at the tower's highest point for maximum visibility across snowy mountains and open ground

3. Identify common mob approach routes—usually along pathways leading to the main gatehouses

4. Set up defensive positions: arrow dispensers, fall traps, or lava channels at tower bases

5. Use torches and lanterns to light dark corners where mobs might gather

Maintenance Strategy

Regularly check wall integrity and repair any breaches in the wooden fortifications. The stone gatehouses are more durable but still require inspection. Consider adding additional lighting along the perimeter to reduce nighttime mob spawning. Station yourself in towers during night cycles to intercept threats before they threaten the marketplace or residential areas.
